UMBC Magazine has an interview with computer engineering student Xavier Smith, who will graduate this Spring and begin graduate studies in Electrical Engineering at MIT in the Fall to pursue his dream of earning a Ph.D. and starting a biotech company.
At UMBC, Xavier was part of the Meyerhoff Scholars Program (M'31), the U-RISE Scholars Program, and many organizations on campus. You can read the interview here.
